Returns and Refunds
Our Returns Policy
At Bella Moda, we offer a full refund if the item returned is unused, undamaged, free from any stains or odors and tags remain intact. All refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days from when your return has been received.
Items that have been returned after the 14 day period, are used or damaged, or have missing tags will not be accepted and instead will be sent back to the original delivery address.
**Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the returns of: Bodysuits, Tights and face masks.
All items that have been properly returned and follow this policy are eligible for a refund. The full, original purchase price of your item will be refunded once we have received and processed your return and confirmed that the state of the product is appropriate. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return postage fees and original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part - this includes faulty or incorrect items received.
Faulty Item Returns Process:
If a faulty item is received, please contact our Customer Service department at - as soon as possible. Failure to contact us prior to returning a faulty item can result in a standard refund following our general returns policy.
